Return and Exchange Policy

At Kivaaro, we strive to provide quality products and a smooth shopping experience for our customers.

Returns

Products can be returned only if they are received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition. To request a return, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with proper details and images of the product.

Returned products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible products if there is a size issue or if the product delivered is damaged or incorrect. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

Once the request is approved, the exchange process will be initiated.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds

If a return is approved, the refund will be processed through the original payment method within 5–7 business days after the product has been received and inspected.
